Steps to reproduce: 1. Load http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsview2.cgi?diff_mode=context&whitespace_mode=show&root=/cvsroot&subdir=mozilla/browser/base/content&command=DIFF&root=/cvsroot&file=credits.xhtml&rev1=1.10.4.1&rev2=1.10.4.2 2. Look at the names above and below "Bart Decrem". Result: see garbage. Expected: see accented 'e' characters.
charsets are something i'm sure bonsai isn't familiar w/ this should be loads of fun.
