on initial launch of app the bookmarks bar is duplicated/repeated (2). subsequent new windows don't have the extra bookmarks bar. my bookmarks bar contains 5 solo bookmarks and 5 folders of bookmarks with varying amounts of bookmarks and subfolders of bookmarks.

1. occurs on initial launch
2. subsequent windows in same session don't have duplicate bar

Expected Results:  
not have duplicated my bookmarks bar on launch. only need one. so long as that one works ok...   ;)

no theme. small icons/no text. has occured from 10.32 to current os x 10.34
