Move your mouse *over* (don't click) a menu bar item, such as "bookmarks." Then move the mouse up into the title bar of the window. See how the menu item still retains focus, even though the mouse isn't over it? This just makes the UI a little sloppy.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Move your mouse *over* (don't click) a menu bar item, such as "bookmarks."
2.Then move the mouse up into the title bar of the window.

Actual Results:
The "bookmarks" menu item (or any other item) stays highlighted (dark gray)

Expected Results:
The menu item should have lost focus and returned to light gray.
