Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; N; Win98; en-US; m14)
BuildID: 2000021115

The index page of http://www.tomshardware.com/, the tables render messed up. The
cells with the section names (ie: "Mainboard Guide" "CPU Guide") should be up
top next to their relative picture and the text should be below them. Instead,
Mozilla likes to put the name where the text should go and moves the text
accordingly.

The bottom of the page is another disaster: Mozilla looks like it's trying to
wrap the ordered lists to the gray table on the right, and overlaps the text
between table cells.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just visit the page (http://www.tomshardware.com)

Actual Results: Doesn't apply

Expected Results: Doesn't apply

This has been going on since i started using Mozilla (M13), and thought i'd let
it go thinking the HTML engine still had bugs to work out.
Looks like 24101
