Details
This bug is easy to reproduce, at least on my machine.
1) Go to the site (obviously)
2) As soon as the vertical scrollbar appears scroll down on the page
3) When the offending image loads it will appear on the screen at the top of the
browser window, completely out of place and overlapping any text.
Most likely the same bug, multiple images appear on this page next to each other
(the ads at the top and bottom) that shouldn't be appearing. Only one add at the
top and one at the bottom.

The "Place Your Own Picture" part of this bug appears to be fixed with the
current nightly build (2000031516). However it still displays two ad images
where there should only be one.

Could be IFRAME related. Passing this to vidur.

The double ad image is a problem with the content, not with us. The content
has both an IFRAME containing the ad image and a document.write that's NS
specific that writes out the ad image. The author was expecting the former not
to display in Netscape. It doesn't in 4.x, but it does now in Mozilla. Marking
this bug WORKSFORME.
