After creating a new event on the calendar Ctrl+Z will not perform and undo and uncreate the event.  Choosing "undo" from the edit menu will, however, uncreate the event.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on a calendar day and choose "new event"
2. Hit "OK" button
3. Press Ctrl+Z

Actual Results:  
the new event did not disappear

Expected Results:  
new event should disappear
