Draft/template are already working (but today, draft works like template only). From the mail 3-pane window, 
double click on a draft or template message open a compose window. Therefore implementing "Edit Msg as New" it's 
just a matter or simulating a template, should be done with few line of JS.

Does not work for me. Will maybe investigate further and file a new bug on this.

JFD - Edit Message as New can apply to messages that aren't drafts or templates. 
I should be able to take any message and edit it as a new message so that the 
contents are inserted into the compose window for editing.

(Ben - what happens when drafts don't work?  No compose window coming up?)

The msg is displayed in 3-pane. A doubleclick is interpreted as 2 single clicks.

Lisa, you are totarly right, that's what make the difference between opening a template and editing a message as 
new.

Implemented. Any specific problems with Edit Message as New will be logged
separately. Verified using:

2000-03-27-08m15 commercial build linux rh6.0
2000-03-27-09m15 commercial build NT 4.0
2000-03-27-10m15 commercial build mac OS 9.0
