Remove table on "changes submitted" page

Details
When submitting changes to an attachment or a bug you are shown a "changes submitted" page that says what bug/attachment was changed, and who was emailed.
However this message is contained in a very ugly table with two cells. One cell says somthing like
Changes to attachment 202049 [details] [diff] [review] of bug 312117 submitted
and lists who was emailed. The other cell simply contains the message "Back to Bug #312117".
Why not remove this very ugly table and instead make "bug 312117" a link in the header. This would make the message both easier to read and a lot better looking.
