Step to reproduce: 1. Visit http://www.cnnfn.com/index.html Expected: Page to wait 300 seconds before refreshing Result: Page very quickly - seems to refresh even before it has finished loading. This has only been seen in recent nightlies but someone said it may be a regression... Build id: 2000031013 Linux
