After this try to download another file it pops up user authentication is required (Already logged in as previlaged user)and the user has to give the details once again Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a FTP site and log in as a previlaged user download a file, when the download is in progress click cancel and retry. 2. Try to download some other file. 3. Actual Results: 1. The file downloads instantly and when tried to open says the file doesn't exist 2. When the user wants to download a second file or any other file A window with user name and password pops up (already logged in) Expected Results: It should again start the file download and download should be complete, once the user wants to download other file it pops up a user authentication window
This bug was reported on Firefox 2.x or older, which is no longer supported and will not be receiving any more updates. I strongly suggest that you update to Firefox 3.6.3 or later, update your plugins (flash, adobe, etc.), and retest in a new profile. If you still see the issue with the updated Firefox, please post here.
