** Observed with 3/7/2000 Win32 build **

Almost all the encoding names follow the Lg names
without any space.
The Mail and Composer Charset menus contain this problem
for virtually all items excepting a few.

The Browser menu contains a few items with this problem.

Go through the relevant files and insert a 1-byte space between the
2 words, e.g.

** Checked with 3/24/2000 17c Win32 build for JA **

The result is not consistent. We still have a number
of places where there is no space separator between
the Lanaguge name and the left parenthesis which begins
the encoding name.
I'm re-opening it but fix the remaining problem only if there
are other critical fixes which must be done for beta1.

I think this bug is fixed. This is a translation bug. momoi, if you still see
it, please be explicit where is the problem with the current build and reopen it.

This has always been a translation bug -- it says so in the component, i.e. Localization.
The only question is when we get the best build to look at this for verification.
That would be the next build.
I looked at PR-2 Japanese.
There are still this problme left in some of the itmes,
Unicode(UTF-8), Unicode(UTF-7). I would als look at some Cyrillic
ones an dperhaps Turkish.
I will pass this on to marina for verificaiton in beta 3 JA build.
