This is a suggestion, not a bug:
It would be great to include the web location of a page when saving it via "Save Page As". This could be handled as a comment in the source code so that it doesn't affect the appearance of the file.
For example something like
<!--- http://www.xyz.com/abc/index.php?id=12344 --->
