This is a BugZilla problem which appears after posting a bug in the bugzilla.mozilla website. I noticed it only on the final page (the one with the commit button) but could happen also before as I suspect the banner is reused through pages.
I will attach an image describing the problem, in which I highlight part of the version information to show where the problem lies.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. post a bug to the bugzilla.mozilla website
2. notice the banner displays only the upper part of the version information
3. the remaining part is white on white so not visible
