The links to polsih Mozilla Suite 1.7.12 version are broken, because they redirect to the english version

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.mozilla-europe.org/pl/products/mozilla1x/
2. Download the polish windows (or linux) Version
3. It downloads the ENGLISH, not the polish version

Actual Results:  
The english version is downloaded

The polish version is downloaded

Just talked to Pascal about this, it's now fixed on stage, but stage itself is broken, and the only man who can fix it is on vacation. :)

I checked, the problem isn't on our side but on mozilla.com's, their download links all redirect to the en-US version, regardless of the locale indicated (tested with both pl and pl-PL as well as other locales).

I am going to put direct FTP links like in good old times ;)
