316056 - Ctrl+Z in Add Bookmark dialog in empty input field doesn't reactivate previously grayed out OK button

In Add Bookmark dialog grayed out OK button fails to notice that the Name field is no longer empty when Ctrl+Z is used to restore field's content.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Ctrl + D.
2. Press Delete to empty the Name input field - OK button gets grayed out.
3. Press Ctrl + Z to undo.


Actual Results:  
The OK button is still grayed out.

Expected Results:  
The OK button should be active again, just like when you type something instead of undoing.

This problem with handling buttons may occur in other cases as well but I can't think of any other similar situation to check it.
