In Mail Account Security Preferences, when the selected certificates are no longer valid, show a better UI.
(see also the first 2 comments in bug 140153)
Currently, the UI still shows the selected certificates, which gives the impression of a good condition.
When clicking the "select cert" buttons, an empty dialog is shown. Suggestion: Show a message that currently no valid certs available and instruct or assist the user to get a cert.
