316141 - Remove the "Security Stubs" and "NSS Trunk" CVS partitions in despot.mozilla.org

Please remove the following two CVS partitions in
despot.mozilla.org.

1. Security Stubs: this partition is obsolete.

2. NSS Trunk: this partition is not being used and
its name sounds like a duplicate of the "security"
partition.

If they contain files, we need to make sure those files are assigned to other partitions (with appropriate access, if they differ).

The owner and peer of the Security Stubs module,
Mark Welch and Lisa Repka, left the Mozilla project
five years ago.  That module (mozilla/modules/security)
only contains three makefiles that refer to an empty
subdirectory "freenav".  None of those makefiles can
be used now because the build would die inside the
"freenav" subdirectory, which doesn't have a makefile.

Can we cvs remove the three makefiles in
mozilla/modules/security and then delete the Security
Stubs partition?

I've gone ahead and removed the 3 makefiles and deleted both modules from despot.
