IE has it:( A disadvantage for international users, especially when the default encoding of a page is wrong (which is often the case). Firefox users are forced to click on the View menu of the main menu bar in order to change the encoding used for viewing a page. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

There's a "Right Encoding" extension. Works well.
