This is quite an annoying "bug".

An excellent example is paypal. As soon as i get the first parts of paypal loaded, in the "Email" input box, up pops my email.
However, for my password to appear I have to wait fully until the page is loaded. On slow connections, and espeically paypal, this can really slow it down. It's much quicker to put in the password yourself. But if you do put in the password yourself, sometimes half way through the password manager kicks in an inserts my password right in the middle of what i'm typing.

To summarise, passwords should appear as soon as the username/email is selected, not having to wait until the full page and all images have loaded.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit any site with a login
2. Make sure you've saved your details before at this site
3. Select your username/email, wait until the password comes up.
