Mail: File | New Message menu item has the following right now:
新しいメッセージ
This should be changed to:
新しいメッセージ作成
to match up with the translation on the Tool Bar.

Sorry, we are using the word 「新規」and 「新しい」
in a mixed format. It would be best to unify as much as possible
on 「新規」.
So the translation should be:
「新規メッセージ作成」

We changed the translation PR2 and this bug no longer seem to
apply anyway.
