When you move the mouse on a picture, which has an alternativ text, Firefox will not show ist (like Internet Explorer). This is a great problem for blind people who can's see the picture themselfes. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go with the mouse on a picture, which has an alternativ text, for example www.blindenschule-dueren.lvr.de (every picture there has an alternativ text).

Actual Results:  
The alternativ text will not be shown!!!

Expected Results:  
The software shoud show the alternativ text, when you move the mouse on the picture.

This problem seems to happen indepentend to the PC-System.
Use the title tag if you want to have the text show in a tooltip.
