31643 - Invalid Task Focus when returning from an invalid address alert

Under M14 build 2000022820 (Win NT Service Pack 5), I entered, by accident, an
invalid address in the address bar.  An alert message popped up (normal)... But
after clicking on OK, Mozilla does not come back to the navigator instead, it
activates (or gives focus to) another window/task active in my task bar.  If the
task is miminized it will stay that way except that you can see that mozilla has
lost focus (ie gray title bar, above the menu bar). If the task is hidden by
mozilla's window (ie task is not minimized) it will appear (get focus).

I was able reproduced this bug any time, by using fake addresses such as
wwww.8888.u etc...

Reproduced under M14 but worksforme in 20000308 and 20000314. Marking
