When clicking on an A tag that links to # and has a CSS attribute, the dotted box around the link encapsulates the new object, too. See example at http://chaoticevil.ca/.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on link while object tag hovers near it
Actual Results:
Look at the dotted box around it, as it encapsulates the new object
Expected Results:
Dotted box should only encapsulate the link itself

I can't even find the code that caused this anymore. Setting as resolved.
