click and hold should work for scroll buttons. Right now it requires a double click and hold.
this is fixed.

Can this be reopened please? I also have this problem running the latest nightly (16 March). Just to clarify:

Actual results:
If you press and hold on a scrollbar arrow, you get the circle of dots and no scrolling. However If you do a quick down/up/down and hold, it scrolls ok

Expected results:
Press down gets scrolling without any circle of dots
I see a bit of this with the  recent build I'm running, but I'm not sure what date  the buid is from, and how much more this might be improved..  reopen to investigate and gather some more data...
