Saw this on on build 2000-03-13-09 M15 (Not the nb1b bits)
1)Launch seamonkey via <Install dir>\netscp6.exe
OR <Install dir>\netscp6.exe -installer
Actual results:
"snapshot" of apps on current desktop is put in it's own window where browser is
expected to appear.
