Windows Build 2000031308 (from ZIP file, Installer is completely Broken)
running on Windows NT 4.0 SP6a.
When loading the above URL it shows some really ugly white stuff that appears
to be a textarea which is drawn directly on the place where the image/logo is
located. This only happens when there is a form on the same page (for other
pages on the same site without the forms the page displays properly). When
clicking on the comment textarea on the bottom of the page so that it has focus
and then scrolling all the way back up to the top of the page it shows that page
properly but only for short time. When you minimize and restore the page it does
that ugly white rectangular thing on top of the logo/image again. Same thing
happens also on:

Let me know if you need more info or test cases.
