User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051107 Firefox/1.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051107 Firefox/1.5 Whenever I press the tab character to go from one field to another, for example in a form, Firefox does not go to the next field--it stays where it is. Moreover, it performs a very weird reformatting of the page. For example, right now as I'm typing this bug report and I press tab, the screen reformatts from san-serif font to serif and back. Really weird. Reproducible every single time--no exceptions. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Place the cursor in any text field. 2. Press the tab key. Actual Results: The results are above in the details. Expected Results: Focus should have gone to the next text field. I'm using the default theme.
WFM: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051107 Firefox/1.5 Please retest in safe mode
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20051115 Firefox/1.6a1 ID:2005111522 Works for me
Sorry, I wasn't aware of what "Safe Mode" actually did. I ran Firefox in safe mode, and experience no problems. So I guess the problem must be an extension. I will withdraw the bug and test more carefully until I identify the misbehaving extension. Thanks.
