31668 - Drop down menu problem for New Folder Dialog, Copy Message & Account Setup "Copies & Folders"

Used Linux 03-13-03-M15-nb1b build:

Drop down menu problem of the New Folder Dialog, Copy Message & Account Setup 
"Copies & Folders"

1) Login to IMAP mail account
2) Selected the server name from the New folder dialog Copy Message & Account 
Setup "Copies & Folders"
3) Selected any 1st level folder and tried to select "choose this for the 
parent"
4) Actual Results: Found that all the subfolders list (start from the 2nd level 
folders) displayed on the up-left corner which won't allow users to select 
subfolders or file messages to the other level folders (except 1st level 
folders).

Expected results: Shouldn't display the subfolders list (start from the 2nd 
level folders) on the up-left corner and should allow users to select subfolders 
or file messages to the other level folders successfully.

*Problem occurred on Linux so far, not check for WinNT & Mac yet.
*Problem occurred on all the drop down subfolders list including New Folder 
Dialog, Copy Message drop down subfolders list, and the Account Setup copies & 
Folders drop down subfolders list.

I'm not seeing a problem using same build, linux rh6.0.  And I do have an
extensive folder list (with sublevels).

That's strange, I checked with Laurel, she didn't see this problem, but I 
did....change QA Contact to me and I still have this problem.....

I tried the other new profile which with less folders...and it's no 
problem......I am thinking maybe this only occurred on "with more than 40-50 
folders" profile or some profile with some specific folder name....

Just some added info:  the profile I used has about 25 top level user folders
and about 30-40 subfolders at varying levels.

Phil found a way to weasel out of owning this bug.  Reassigning.

Karen, can you reproduce this on a recent build?  I'm closing this as
worksforme, please reopen if you can still cause this failure.

Retested on 04-05-08-M15 commercial build on Linux platform:
This problem is NOT occurring anymore by using the same profile/same mail account 
for all the following drop down menus:
1) New Folder Dialog, 
2) Copy Message
3) Account Setup "Copies & Folders"
