cant possible delete old values from new chart screen

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create some products
2. create new chart data sets 
3. delete products
 

Actual Results:  
i see no possibility to delete unused values from screen. also i cant change any parameters in data sets (no button apply)

Expected Results:  
button delete
Version: unspecified → 2.20
