When I click "Save" or "Save as" - nothing occur, no dialog box, no eror message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "File"
2. Click "Save"
3. Nothing to do.

File > Save Page As WFM.

Rightclicking on a download link > choosing Save Link As also WFM (in case you mean that).
Have you tried it in the safemode? http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/faq#troubleshooting

Are you still seeing this problem in the latest version of Firefox?

I've marked this bug for closing after April 15th. If there has been no response by then, I recommend resolving this as WORKSFORME.

There was no response from the reporter for over 4 years. I think we can close it immediately as incomplete.
