317010 - Customize dialog jumps to its original position when dragging icons to and from it

The customize toolbar dialog's position always changes back to centered just below the tabbar. When I drag the dialog somewhere else then move an icon to or from any toolbar, the dialog's position returns to it's default.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the customize toolbar dialog
2. drag the dialog somewhere else on screen
3. move an icon either to or from the customize toolbar dialog

Actual Results:  
The customize toolbar dialog position changes back to centered in the current browser window and just below the tabbar.

Expected Results:  
The customize toolbar dialog should maintain whatever position it's dragged to.

I can confirm this behavior in Firefox 1.5rc3 on WinXP and Mac OS X.
