comments newest to oldest doesn't differentiate description field and forces the reader to do too much thinking

steps:
1. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=settings
2. when viewing bugs, show comments newest to oldest
3. save settings
4. load bug 1000
5. scroll to comment 1 and read the remainder

actual results:

I just verified that this happens on nt as well.

Goto the above url and click on the talkback graphics...BOOM...

problems:
1. the opened field is in a totally useless place.
2. the description doesn't have an <hr> above it or the silly --'s unlike other comments.
3. i don't think i can reply to the description
expected results:
the description field is more differentiated from comment 1 than it is now.
possibly the opened field should be in the bug header as it would normally be.
perhaps it should be:

Point 3 is wrong, I can reply to the description. The other 2 points mentioned are valid though.
