Horrid if it's an flash based application you're using. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have bookmarks on lowest tab bar 2. Load a web site where flash content takes up most of the page. (try breeze presentation off macromedia site front page) 3. quickly glide mouse straight over a bookmark in the toolbar and then onto the flash content below. Actual Results: You will see the mouseover text of the bookmark show up...and stay on screen for as long as your mouse is within the area of the ActiveX component. Expected Results: Should disappear a second or so as it does with any website.
