sorry i am french and do not speak english as well. So, in the release 1.5rc2 (that do not appear in 1.0.7) when we have layer (div) with horizontal overflow at auto, the scrollbar do not appear on the first click (but on second) with windows XP (work with win 2000 pro and win 98se)

This exhibits the bug with linux seamonkey trunk 2005111900
On first load, there is no scrollbar.  Reload and a scrollbar appears.  Shift-reload (to re-retrieve the image) and the scrollbar disappears.

As bonus (this happens at the URL too), moving the scrollbar doesn't actually scroll.
