Location Bar dropdown does not change its order after visiting the same URL again.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter any URL in the Location Bar which was there.
2. Click on the Down arrow.
Actual Results:
The requested URL stays in the list where it was before.
Expected Results:
The requested URL stays on the top of the list.
