Internal links created to anchors or headings do not appear as links in the compose window.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new mail message.
2. Create a named anchor.
3. Create a link to the anchor by going to Insert > Link. The linked text does not matter. However, because of bug #317363, we must key in the anchor name (for example, #anchor) rather than select it from the drop-down list. Click OK.
Actual Results:
The link to the anchor does not show as being a link. That is, the linked text appears but one cannot tell by looking at it that it has a link. Double-clicking the text, however, will bring up the link properties window.
Expected Results:
The linked text should look the same as an external hyperlink, that is, underlined blue text by default.

Agreed, and sorry for the oversight. However, bug #229025, which has been open for almost two years, is currently assigned to "Seth Spitzer (not reading bugmail)". Does anyone know how to request that that bug be reassigned?
