some people have found ways to "hack" (bypass) the firefox print dialog and redirect the output to a pdf printer in kde but I never got it to work; perhaps this could just be added. I'm not saying that it has to use the kprinter or whatever that makes all kde applications have the same feature-filled print menu, though that would be nice, but at least please support virtual printers. I am using suse 10.0 (the betas are too unstable).

also, it interestingly doesn't print this page right - it prints up to "operating system" then cuts it off. The print preview is also different from the actual result, which is really not good. I will try to attach a file.

rendering html is probably the hardest thing to do because you can never depend on print margins, etc. - I will certainly add that IE doesn't do any better of a job printing. Also, is it worth considering to allow the user to print all of a text box that is currently scrolling or would that be another unused feature?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. press print
2. after a considerably long time you will get a bloated ps file
3. open the ps file with kghostview and print to a pdf

Actual Results:  
good but not convenient

Expected Results:  
could be faster and more convenient, kde virtual printers include email and fax also.
