317656 - Some windows opened from preferences (Tools->Options) do not close with escape key

Whenever I goto Tool-> Options and from there goto any option which opens up a new  window/message box, its expected that on Pressing Esacpe key the opened window will close. This doesnt happen for a few windows, in particular to all windows which have a Text Box in them

Eg. goto Content Tab and then Click on one of the Exceptions button. A new window is opened. This can not be closed by using Escape Button

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto Tools -> Options -> Web Content
2. Click on any of the Exceptions buttons
3. Press Escape Key

Actual Results:  
The opened window/message box does not close

Expected Results:  
The opened window/message box should close

I tested this with Firefox 1.5 RC3 [Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5] and found that only certain windows opened in preferences do not close with the escape key. Most of them actually work fine, but there seem to be a few that do not respond to the escape key.

Here are the ones that do not close with the escape key (that I know of):
Downloads->"View & Edit Actions..."
Content->"Allowed Sites"
Content->"Exceptions" (both of them)
Privacy->Cookies->"Exceptions"
Privacy->Cookies->"View Cookies" (escape does something else here; not sure exactly)

bah, I've really got to check for dupes before I put too much time in a bug. :/

See discusssion in bug 306197, bug 283613 and bug 199424. The reason is that they're windows, not dialogs.
