(Build 2000031317)  When trying to use the sign in feature of ebay, their server
reports an input error.  The fields are filled out correctly, but it seems that
the values are getting messed up when it submits.

The page is using JavaScript to set cookies regarding my login.  All other forms
I submit on ebay work.  Only the sign in will not.  I believe it is the only one
setting cookies though.
