Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 The Mac version of Firefox does not stop the user from resizing the window to underneath the dock. In addition when a new window is created, it is offset vertically from the previous window, even if this causes the bottom edge of the window to be obscured by the dock. Safari and Camino are both "dock aware", and will prevent a window from appearing or being resized behind the dock. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Position Firefox so that the bottom edge is just above the dock 2. Create a new window Actual Results: The new window will be created slightly to the right and below the first window so that the bottom edge of the new window is covered slightly by the dock. Expected Results: The new window should have been offset to the right, but not down if it would cause the dock to cover part of the window. If the dock is not in the vicinity of the original window than the current behavior is fine.
