Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 The event happened occasionally, but now it occurs everytime I attempt to shutdown my PC. The shutdown sequence will begin, but then suddenly stop with an error message that says Firefox is not responding. I have to manually shut down the program everytime I shut down my PC. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. I attempt to shut down my PC normally at the end of the day. 2. Windows stops shutting down with the error message that Firefox is not responding. 3. I click "End Program" to complete shutdown. Actual Results: My computer shuts down normally. It even starts up without errors. Expected Results: It does what it is suppose to do, shut down. I don't know if it is harming my computer in any way.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20051128 Firefox/1.6a1 ID:2005112816 Possibly a bad extension is causing this. You could disable your extensions one by one and try out which one is responsable.

I have the same trouble with MAC OS X. I will go to shut down the machine, and am presented witha dialog shortly thereafter, that says Firefox won't shutdown, and to manually quit it and try to shutdown the computer again. Manually quitting Firefox, and 'shutting down' again usually works fine. Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 Im running Firefox, bone stock, no extensions...
