I use a product called Backup Exec for my Windows servers. Each night these servers perform a backup and forward me the html report. When I open the report it does open but by design there are topic headings that you can click on with a plus beside them much like Windows Explorer works, only when I click the plus + sign it does not explode in view. I always have to use IE to view the report. It has been like this for several Firefox versions back and I hoped for a fix. Thought I would take the time to report it. I can submit an example anytime if you need it. Thanks for a great product.

1.Open html
2.Click on the + to expand the view
3.



Expected Results:  
Should explode the view

Can you copy+paste any errors from the JavaScript console? This is very likely a problem with the page itself, and not Firefox.

Ah, this would be a case of bug 54341, then. The IE and Mozilla event models are different. Could you contact Veritas/Symantec and let them know about this issue?

No, it's not a Firefox problem, it's a problem with how their reports are generated (for IE specifically). If you could point them to this bug report that would be great.
