Mouse and menus continue to work. Using mouse and menus to close the pop-behind ads restore keyboard function. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. go to www.excite.com
2. try keyboard 
3. if there are pop-behind ads (see sample of ad in URL space above) keyboard will not work
4. Using mouse and menus, close pop-behind ads
5. On returning to original page, keyboard will work again.
 Seems to happen with any site that creates pop-behind ads.
