I accessed the preferences window via the 'Firefox' menu. Under downloads I then clicked the "View & Edit Actions..." button to edit the download actions. I was then confronted with a menue in which I was unable to add additional download actions, I was also unable to remove the two that were listed being "PNG" and "TIFF" file formats. Using the search bar did nothing but clear the list temporarily untill such time as I clicked the "clear" button across from the search field.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Accsess Preferences
2.click on download tab
3.Click on "View & Edit Actions..." button
4.Attempt to add or remove download actions.

Actual Results:  
No method exists in the window for adding download actions and the "remove action" button is perpetualy greyed out. The seach bar was of no use.

Expected Results:  
There should be a method of adding download actions and file types. The "remove action" button should do exactly that and the search bar seems to be functioning fine.

I am currently using the "Black Japan" theme however this has caused no other issues. Also this bug may be related to the following bugs...

...As both describe somewhat similar and posably related issues but on WindowsXP.

I list the sevarity of this bug as "Major" due to the fact that Firefox's customizable nature is key to it's appeal.
