1. After downloading 1.5 last evening (11/30)there is NEVER a scroll bar on any page that is opened.

2. When I try to access Options under Tools I get tag titles just below address bar and ok/cancel/help buttons near the botom of the open page, but there is no access to any of the option tabs.

I've been running Firefox as default for some time and this has never been a problem sith other versions.

NO need to respond, just wanted to report problem in case it is global.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click Tools                 
2.Click Options                       
3.

Actual Results:  
As per details above.

Expected Results:  
1. There should be a scroll bar whenever page is long enough - like always before.

2. I expect to be able to access options, like to change default home page.

I believe that is it.

Uninstall (or reinstall) the Noia theme.
