Looks like this is really a duplicate. Still there are two points I've to tell:

1. it's really confusing that the original estimate is editable

2. it's really strange may that current estimate is calculated. At least for me it would be much easier to edit that field instead of adding remaining hours.

Morphing as discussed on IRC - the current estimate should not be editable as per bug 218384, comment 1.

Teemu brought up the imo good idea to perhaps add a parameter whether to disallow editing the original estimate after it has been changed from zero to something else.
