I installed this mornings daily build and after the update was completed Thunderbird will no longer open the email messages.  I uninstalled the daily build and installed v1.07 and everything worked normally again.  Uninstalled v1.07 and reinstalled the latest v1.6a1 and reproduced the problem

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select message to view in the preview pane, or double click on a message to open it
Actual Results:  
error message pops up.  If I click "OK" the message is opened with Outlook Express
