31888 - strange "growing" of borders on clicking link

try clicking one of the links in the first fieldset (
"Top 5-Worst 5+NeueinträgeNeue KommentareZufälliger EintragAlphabetischer 
IndexSuchen"), but DO NOT release the mouse button (to better watch the effect),
the A:hover generated border grows on clicking, although it should not (as 
defined in the layout.css)
if you did not release the button, move the cursor away from the link and 
release the button and try this procedure with any of the seven links in the 
fieldset, the same effect occurs again

i don´t know why, but that behaviour is present agin

it´s strange, now - using build 2000-03-21-08 - the effect is not present
anymore, the difference is, that (and that was the difference the last time that
error occured, too) I´m using the win32 build without the n1b1 in the filename,
I´m not sure but I think that this error does not occurs in builds with new logo
and foldericons (the n1b1, whatever that means, builds) - a few weeks ago there
were no n1b1 files and in these builds the error occured

This bug exists in the beta1 branch ('nb1b' builds) but not on the trunk. We 
fixed several things lately related to links and mouseover/mouseclick so I'm 
going to mark it fixed. Sorry, it won't be in the beta...
