Whenever I open firefox many windows open with it saying:

Which is a: Outlook Express Mail Message

From: C\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\res
What should Firefox do with this file?

Open with: Outlook Express (default)
[or]Save to Disk

[check or uncheck]Do this automatically for files like this from now on
[OK or Cancel]

Please Please Please help me out!

Every time when I start Firefox the more windows open it doubles every time.

Please tell me in layman language so that I can fix the problem easily myself.

I just want only Firfox window open no other pages are needed for me I'm simply a home user I don't need any mail client.
