google.com - PDF to HTML translator generates bogus markup resulting in bad performance.

Spawned off from bug 317561, which explains why markup like this results in
bad performance for Gecko.

Example markup:
<div style="position:absolute;top:476;left:55"><nobr>Health St<b style="color:black;background-color:#ffff66">atistics</nobr></</b>div>

The DIV end tag is not recognisable so this DIV becomes an ancestor for
the rest of the elements resulting in a very deep tree which is why
we have the bad performance.

The original PDF url (in case the cache url becomes obsolete):
http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/series/sr_02/sr02_125.pdf
this is WFM viewing at given example.
also validator.w3.org doesn't list performance related errors.
Looks like it's fixed now.
